Young Ho Seock

Young Ho Seock is an artist based in South Korea. He graduated from Hongik University, Department of Painting.

Young Ho Seock works with clay. To him, soil, the source of life on Earth for millennia, has nurtured, sustained, and recycled life forms. It plays a vital role in all natural processes, including human existence. As the most significant medium, Young Ho Seock approaches his art by treating soil with reverence, acknowledging its profound significance. Furthermore, his artistic process involves caring and making sure the soil is quality, ensuring that it is able to stay on the canvas. Young Ho Seock aims to transcend self-imposed limitations and embrace a sense of liberation.

Young Ho Seock
